Dense mounding, evergreen shrub 4-6 ft tall by 4-8 ft wide with dark green, 1-1.5 inch long leaves. Clusters of dark blue flowers open inspiring from prominent burgundy-colored floral bracts. Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
