Chrysanthemum x grandiflorum
Florists Chrysanthemum
Description
This fast growing perennial quickly reaches 4' tall and wide, with a round habit. Leaves are bright green, evergreen, fragrant when bruised and coarsely divided. In coastal areas, this plant blooms year round with daisy-like flowers with yellow centers. This plant is found in different shades of yellow or white or pink. In warm inland valleys, give sufficient water and well draining soil. It may freeze in cold winters. This is not a long lasting plant but great for quick color.
