Gulf Stream Heavenly Bamboo is a small, reliable shrub that reaches 3.5' tall and 3' wide. It tolerates full sun to light shade and needs regular watering, more during hot spells. Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
