Description

Cynoglossum amabile is a fast growing annual. Leaves are lance-shaped and are dark green. Loose sprays of rich blue flowers appear on top of erect stems in spring and continue into summer where weather is cool. Will self sow and reappear the following spring. This plant does best in full to part sun with fertile, moist, well draining soil. It does not thrive in clay soil. It reaches 2' tall and wide; butterflies and hummingbirds love this plant!

Water Saving Tip:

Water-wise plants can be beautiful as well as practical.
