Description

This is a trailing form of Gazaniawith gray, fuzzy leaves and bright yellow daisy-like flowers heldabove the foliage. A moderately fast growing, mat-like groundcover,it prefers light soil and good drainage in full sun to light shade. It should be irrigated in mornings so that foliage is dry at dusk. This superior form is quite tough, but some additional irrigation during the hottest portion of the summerwill improve the appearance. Clumps usually are 8 to 10 inches tall by 2 feet or more across.

Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
